Twenty-five years later, we still remember.

Today, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families who carry the weight of that day even now. We pray for comfort, peace, and a nation that remembers how deeply we need one another.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

The buildings have changed. Clothing styles have changed. The hairstyles have had some moments too. 😂

But Liberty Hill has always been more than a building. It has been people praying, serving, teaching children, cooking meals, welcoming families, and making room for the next generation.

As we celebrate 140 years, we are thankful for every person who helped carry the mission this far.

Before the buildings, the packed rooms, and the generations of people who would call Liberty Hill home, there was prayer.

A group of ordinary people believed God could do something bigger than they could see at the time. One hundred forty years later, we are still living in the answer to those prayers.

Renewal Nights begins this Sunday at 6:30 PM. Come celebrate God’s faithfulness with us and pray with us for what He wants to do next.

For 140 years, Liberty Hill has been made up of people with stories.

Some families have been here for generations. Some walked through the doors for the first time last Sunday. Every story is part of what God has done here, and we would love to hear yours.

Renewal Nights begin this Sunday!

We’re getting ready for four nights of worship, preaching, and celebrating 140 years of God’s faithfulness at Liberty Hill. Over the next few days, we’ll be sharing stories and looking back at some of the people and moments that have shaped our church. Then we’ll gather to thank God for what He has done and seek Him for what is still ahead.

We loved celebrating baptisms yesterday! 💙
