Today was a reminder that following Jesus is more than just showing up.

It's choosing prayer when we don't know what to do. Choosing unity when it's easier to do things on our own. Choosing obedience when we don't have the full picture, and being willing to tell people what God is doing in our lives.

Through prayer, God can open doors that no man can open 🤍

This week we got to serve the staff at Denver North High School as they came back together to prepare for the new school year!

North High School will always be part of our story and it's a place we deeply love. It’s where DEVO started, and where many families in our church are students or alumni! Would you pray with us this week for the staff and students heading back? Believing for a great year! 👊🎉

We're bringing in some of the best barbers and hairstylists in Denver for free haircuts, plus free food, giveaways, carnival games, a bounce house, and a photo booth.
