Pastor Jennifer starts a new sermon series "Gifted for God's Mission" with "A Journey in Discovering Our Spiritual Gifts." Scripture texts from Psalm 24 and Ephesians 2:1-10. Special offertory music by Eileen Wesley, (Soprano).

We continue our journey to read the Bible in a year during Adult Sunday School this Sunday, September 6th @ 9am! Our Reading Through the Bible series meets on the first Sunday of each month here at FPC before worship.

Each month's guide contains detailed info of weekly readings, devotions, and resources. The September guide was just emailed out! Pastor Jennifer continues her sermon series on the Miracles of Jesus with sermon title "The Miracle of the Big Haul" and Scripture texts from Matthew 26:26-28 and Luke 5:1-11. FPC youth will help lead worship and join in a responsive Communion liturgy reading. All of the children are invited to join the pastor around the table to tell the story of Communion. Special music by Luke Flavell and Tricia Shaw, trumpet and Peggy Hawse, pianist. Children Pre-K - 6th grade are invited up front to the kids' tables for a Children's Moment. Please join us for a time of fellowship and refreshments following the service. We hope you can join us and bring a friend!

Yesterday, Master Gardeners Nora Hiland and Regina Lach updated us about the newly installed pollinator garden! This pollinator garden, located on the on the west side of the church along N. Washington St., will be a part of a conservation corridor on Winter St. Those who joined learned more about the purpose of this garden, why it's importance to sustaining the local ecosystem, and about new additions with labeled signs.

Come take a look the next time you walk by or visit FPC! We only ask that you please be respectful of the garden and wildlife 😄 🌻🌳🌷

Pastor Jennifer continues her sermon series on the Miracles of Jesus with sermon title "Faith That Breaks Through". Scripture texts from Isaiah 35:3-6 and Mark 2:1-12. Special music by Ron Mead, soloist and Peggy Hawse, pianist. School age children and youth are invited up front to the kids' tables for a Children's Moment before being dismissed for Sunday school.
