What a year it has been. It truly is amazing to see what the LORD is doing in people’s lives. Here is a snapshot from CGC Decatur. From our get togethers, graduation celebration, Christmas play practice, and who can forget Sis. Baham teaching us about CenterShot. Even had some goats show up to church,😂. I’m excited for what the LORD has done, is doing, and is going to do!!

Today’s question is…..

How many years did Noah preach about the flood, and how many people were saved?

The answer for today’s question is……

Noah preached for 120 years, and only 8 people were saved.

When the rain started coming down, God left the gangplank down to the ark for seven day’s. Each drop of rain was a prophetic drop that the flood is coming. After hearing Noah preach for one hundred and twenty years about the flood. After seeing, and feeling the rain drops, still only eight souls were saved.

And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man (Luke 17:26)

So I guess the real question is, after we have heard about the rapture and that Jesus is coming back, are we taking heed to the prophetic rain drops. Will we be ready.

"Noah built an ark and it took 120 years and he knew nothing about rain or waters from the Deep. He built and ark to save natural life. This is a door of hope to us because we can look at what Noah did under the Old Testament Covenant with just animal blood. We need to get Noah’s faithfulness and good attitude. He did not question God; he just did all he was commanded. When it says that Noah walked with God, the word walked in the Hebrew is haw-lak, meaning walking with a goal in mind. So his walk was always focused on the LORD."

Who’s ready!

When Israel fought Amalek in Rephidim, who went to the top of the hill and how was the battle won?

The answer is……..
Moses, Aaron, and Hur went to the top of the hill, and the battle was one by lifting up the Name of the LORD. (Exodus 17:8-16)

The victory was not about Moses lifting up his name; it was not about Joshua lifting up his strength in the valley. Regardless of how perfect Joshua was in God’s Will, he could not win without the Name lifting him up and giving him prevailing Power in the valley, so Moses, Aaron, and Hur with their six hands kept the Name lifted. Then, when the Name was up, there was prevailing Power.

What does that teach us? It teaches us that when we are going through something, that is not the time to stay home. That is the time to assemble with the brotherhood and to allow someone to take hold of our hands and to lift them.

Today’s answer is………
Zacchaeus, and he climbed the tree to see Jesus

The first important thing concerning Zacchaeus was that he wanted to see Jesus; however, his stature was little, which presented him with a problem because of the multitude of people who followed Jesus. Zacchaeus had to press through the flesh of all those people. If we have a determination to know the LORD, we will not allow anything to prevent us from our getting to know Him. Zacchaeus not only walked, but he also ran through the crowd. He did not miss that opportunity. He did not allow his short stature to deter him. He experienced God’s Omnipresence Wisdom-Love. Surely, if Zacchaeus could run in his day with nothing other than a prophetic desire to see Jesus, surely, after we have been given all this good Word, then we should run faster than we have ever run in all our lives.
