This Sunday, we welcome Brother Will Edge as he brings the message! Will is a football state champion and graduate of Fyffe High School. This makes it more fitting that it's Team Colors Day, so feel free to wear your Fyffe, Geraldine, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Braves, Lakers, Falcons or whatever team you pull for's colors!

We hope to see you there this Sunday, August 16! Sunday School classes for all ages! Invite someone to come with you! Let's pack God's house and worship the King of Kings and Lord of Lords!!!

I want to brag on God a minute! As the old saying goes, God has showed up and showed out the last 2 Sundays at Flat Rock Baptist Church!

As I have shared before, God has blessed our church with 5 new members in the last month or so. On Sunday, August 2nd, during the morning service, we had a young lady come to the alter and surrender her life to Jesus!

That evening, God gave us a wonderfully beautiful pond-side service for baptism as 2 souls of our new members were baptized for church membership!

Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!!!

Well, as if 1 salvation and 2 baptisms were not enough, He showed out again this past Sunday when 2 more young souls came forward for salvation!

PRAISE GOD!!! AMEN, ANYBODY?!?! HE IS GOOD, HE IS MIGHTY, AND HE IS STILL IN THE SAVING BUSINESS!!!! THANK YOU, LORD, FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!!

I invite you to join us in prayer for these newly saved souls as they've begun their journey in Christ! Pray for all of our new members as walk together with them as the body of Christ! Pray for our church that we would now nurture and disciple and help raise up a new generation of Christ followers!
