Good morning…. This verse brings a powerful message about the relationship between anxiety and comfort. When we are going through tough times, panic can make it feel like we are alone in our struggles. We have all gone through this at some time. Some more than others.

Just as we seek help from a friend when things become too much, we should also go to the Lord for peace and understanding. Be blessed❤️
