On their last day of school, Saint Cyril Kindergarten students celebrated with a pizza party the fact that all students could name the 50 States and their capitals. This is quite an accomplishment! The pizza was delivered through the kindness of Danville's Washington Fire and Hose Company's Rescue Squad.

Kindergarten students at Saint Cyril Preschool and Kindergarten recently read books which they had written and illustrated to Sisters at Maria Hall. The experience was enjoyed by all.

The 4-year-old class and the Kindergarten from St Cyril Preschool and Kindergarten shared their art skills with friends and family at the annual Art Show, which featured pieces inspired by Andy Warhol, Jackson Polluck, Gustav Klint, Wassily Klandusky, Pable Picasso, Claude Monet and others. The students were happy to give visitors to the show a tour.

The 3-year~old preschool class at Saint Cyril Preschool and Kindergarten in Danville celebrated their last regular day of school with an imaginary trip to the beach. The trip gave them the opportunity to practice name and number recognition, following directions, and many other skills they had learned during the year. What fun their final exam was!

St. Cyril's Preschool and Kindergarten students learned a little bit about the judicial process by taking part in a mock trial of Goldilocks.

The Students at Saint Cyril Preschool and Kindergarten finished a civics lesson on the US Court System with the "Trial of Goldilocks" conducted at the Montour County, PA Courthouse, under the direction of Kindergarten teacher Betsy Finn. It was a fun learning experience they will long remember.

This morning Saint Cyril Preschool and Kindergarten students celebrated the marriage of “Q” and “U” in the Basilica of Saints Cyril and Methodius. The celebration helps our preschool students remember the bond of letters 'Q' and 'U”. The couple promised to stay together through “quicksand, earthquakes and quiet times.” Sister Carol Therese officiated at the ceremony, with Sister Michaelette providing music. The ceremony was followed by a reception in the school dining room.
