Available NOW! We occasionally get questions here at Six One from church and ministry leaders asking about how to develop an altar prayer ministry. You asked, we answered!

A new online course on “Building an Altar Prayer Ministry” is available on the Six One website that covers the following topics:

-What is Altar Prayer Ministry?
-The Architecture: Volunteers
-The Architecture: Logistics & Organization
-The Infrastructure: Facilitating Prayer
-The Infrastructure: Power in Prayer
-Bonus Track: For Those Contending*

*A special bonus track is included with encouragement for those who are contending for this in their church or community.

According to Kacey, the instructor for this course, “This is like a love letter from me to the church from our time leading such a ministry. This course, and especially the bonus track, is full of encouragement, strategy, and lessons learned over the years.”

As with all of our online courses, this is a self-guided course that you can complete at your own pace. Follow the link below and in our bio to learn more!

Check it out! We continue to grow over here! We are celebrating TEN new additions to the Six One prayer ministry team! These lovely people have completed IMMERSED and the Apprenticeship program, and they are officially on our prayer calendar.

We are beyond grateful for each of them. They are a gift and answered prayer! Thank you, Jesus!

Tomorrow is the last day to apply! As you consider joining us, here is another shot of our 8 monthly topics. IMMERSED is not intended to just teach you the how to’s of prayer ministry. If that were the case, this wouldn’t take 8 months. We felt the Lord calling us to something different. This is about developing prayer ministers. Whether you are new to all of this or seasoned in prayer, we want to take you on a journey with the Lord. It is highly interactive and full of opportunities to learn, receive, and do ministry together. We love it so much!
