Sunday we move into our Season of The Word and kick off a new series looking at the life and ministry of Elisha - The God Who Is With Us.

God can take an ordinary life and use it for extraordinary purposes. Through the life of Elisha, we'll discover what it means to follow when we can't see the road ahead, trust when circumstances seem impossible, and remain faithful when God seems silent or late. The story of Elisha is ultimately the story of a God who never leaves His people.

We're wrapping up our Made To Worship series this Sunday. God has taught us so much about worship. It's more than a song, and yet we're taught to sing to and praise our great God. And that's what we're going to do Sunday night - express our hearts in song and praise to Jesus. Let's make worship a present priority of an eternal reality. Jesus is the Hope of our worship.

We will gather for a special time of worship, song, and praise celebrating God, His goodness, mercy and grace. Thanking Him for all He has done and taught us during our season of worship.

Men, our fall Ironmen is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 21st. @ 6:30 PM. We're going to eat good (chicken fried steak and deep fried bone-in pork chops) and be fed well (guest speaker - Justin Coburn).
