🌟Sacred Heart Church Picnic – Sunday, August 16! 🌟

Our annual Sacred Heart Church Picnic is just around the corner, and we need YOU to help make it a great day for our parish and community! ❤️

📋 Worker Lists Are Available!
The worker lists are available in the back of the church. Please take a moment to check the lists and see where you are scheduled to help.

If you don’t see your name on a list, there are still many positions open where help is needed! Please reach out to Arleen Gross at 715-340-7812 to sign up for one or even two of the available positions. There are lots of ways to help, and every volunteer makes a difference!

🍒 Cherry Tree & Kids Games Need New Chairpersons! 🎯

We are also looking for new chairpersons for Cherry Tree and Kids Games for future picnics.

If you’ve ever wondered what these positions involve, this year’s picnic is the perfect opportunity to see firsthand how Cherry Tree and Kids Games are run! Come help out, learn the ropes, and see if one of these positions might be a good fit for you.

And these chair positions do not have to be filled by just one or two people! A group of people or a team could work together to take over Cherry Tree or Kids Games. 🤝

Whether you can chair an area, work a shift, or simply lend a helping hand, we appreciate every volunteer who helps make our picnic possible!

🎉 HELP US MAKE THE CHURCH PICNIC UNFORGETTABLE FOR THE KIDS! 🎉

We are gearing up for the church picnic on Sunday, August 16, and need your help stocking the Kids Raffle!

🚲 Big Ticket Items Needed:We are looking for exciting prizes like bicycles, motorized ride-on cars, scooters, UTVs, and other fun outdoor toys.

💵 Don't Have Time to Shop?No problem! If you want to support the raffle but don't know what to buy, we can do the shopping for you. We are happily accepting monetary donations to purchase these big items.

📍 How to Donate (By Sunday, August 9th):
Toy Donations: Please leave new, unused items in the church basement.
Monetary Donations: Drop your donation off at the church office or place it in the collection basket. Please make sure to write "Kids Raffle" on the envelope!

PICNIC NEWS!

Sacred Heart Church is still in need of prize donations for the Cherry Tree, Basket Raffle, and medium and large prize donations for the Kid’s Games. We have a place to store these donations. Donations can be placed in the church basement on the pews. Please label or mark things accordingly.

Remember if you are not a shopper, cash donations are most welcome to purchase prizes. Drop off your donation in the collection basket or the office.
