Those words matter - especially when life has made them difficult to believe.

This walk is for those we’ve lost to su***de and addiction. For those battling depression. For those fighting for recovery. For the families and friends walking alongside them.

And it is for a community that wants to say, together:

Your story matters. Your recovery matters. Your life matters.

Join us September 26 as we remember those we’ve lost, support those still fighting, celebrate recovery, and make room for hope.

Sometimes the battles we wish God would remove are the very ones teaching us how deeply we need Him.

The enemy may challenge us. The struggle may stretch us. The fight may require more of us than we thought we had to give. But in the process, we learn something we may never have learned in comfort—we learn to trust God, depend on Him, and keep standing.

Not every battle is meaningless. Sometimes the resistance is what teaches us how to fight. And sometimes the fight is what teaches us where our strength truly comes from.

Maybe you’ve lost someone. Maybe someone you love is struggling. Maybe you’re fighting for your own recovery. Maybe you simply believe people in our community shouldn’t have to face the hardest parts of life unseen and unsupported.

There is a place for you in this walk.

We’re coming together not because we have easy answers, but because remembering matters. Supporting one another matters. Recovery matters. Hope matters.
