Corpus Christi Catholic Parish Corpus Christi Catholic Parish serves Council Bluffs and Carter Lake, Iowa. Today, Father Ross Parker is the interim Canonical Administrator.

Corpus Christi Catholic Parish was formed on July 1, 2011, by Bishop Richard Pates of the Des Moines Diocese. The Parish was a merger of Our Lady of Carter Lake, Holy Family, and Queen of Apostles parishes. The three churches started a process of collaboration that the parish began implementing in 2002. All the ministries and functions have now been merged into one communal celebration of the Cath

olic faith. The Queen of Apostles (often now referred to simply as Corpus Christi) and Our Lady of Carter Lake are the regular worship sites. Father Jacob Epstein is Parochial Vicar. As the COVID-19 situation has evolved, we try to be mindful of current best practices to help everyone feel safe as we keep living and sharing our faith. We continue to be the light that shines in the heart of our community with the fire of Christ and Jesus's loving presence in us.
