There’s something about the start of September that feels like a gentle invitation to begin again. 🍂

The rhythms shift, and the air starts to change as summer winds down, and many of us start looking for a little more grounding, a little more peace, and a place to belong.

If you’ve been thinking about coming to church for the first time or returning after some time away, this is a beautiful season to take that step.

And you can take it however feels right for you.

You can join us in person, watch a few services online, or join us on Zoom to ease in.

However you come, and wherever you’re starting from, you are welcome here.

We're so excited to officially welcome Pastor Seth Leypoldt to the Corvallis United Methodist Church family!

Growing up in a rural community, Seth always felt drawn to ministry, but it was during church camp that he discovered something that would shape his life. During a time when he was struggling, he found a community that accepted him for who he was and reminded him that he belonged.

Today, that same spirit of welcome is something he hopes to share with others.

Pastor Seth says one of his favorite things to preach about is hope because he believes anything is possible. And when asked what stood out to him about Corvallis, his answer was telling.

"This is a community that truly loves each other."

That feels like the perfect fit for a church that strives to have open hearts, open minds, and open doors.

Whether you've been part of a church your whole life, it's been a while since you've walked through the doors, or you're simply looking for a place where you can come as you are, we'd love to welcome you!

New service time, and a warm welcome to Pastor Seth! ☀️

Sunday services at Corvallis UMC are now at 9:30 AM, and we’d love to have you join us in person or on Zoom.

Pastor Seth has been serving our friends at Stevensville UMC, and we’re so happy that he’s now here with us at Corvallis UMC as well!
