This Sunday, we'll be celebrating our annual Flower Communion Celebration! Flower Communion is, along with our annual Water Communion, one of two ritual worship services celebrated in most Unitarian Universalist Churches each year. In this service, we will share a flowers and community. Bring a flower or two – we will have vases, and some extra flowers in case you forget yours on Sunday. Join us for this beautiful service of love and sharing.

*DID YOU KNOW?*

Did you know that once a month, we send our offering "out the door" to a local organization who models the values we hold dear as Unitarian Universalists?

This month, we have chosen OUTMemphis! We hope you will join us in supporting their efforts within our community.

Dear Neshoba Community,

In view of the severe weather headed for the midsouth, all Sunday services and other activities scheduled for Sunday January 25 are CANCELED.

At this time we are hopeful that the weather will allow the Old Dogs concert to take place on Saturday January 31 at 2:00.

We will keep you posted.

In the meantime, stay warm and take good care of yourselves and each other.

President, Neshoba Board of Trustees

Join us this Sunday at 11 am as we welcome Dr. Charles A. Schulz (Professor Emeritus-University of Memphis, Principal Tuba-Memphis Symphony Orchestra, Professional Parliamentarian-CPP-T; PRP) to the pulpit. His topic this Sunday will be "The Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God". This sermon explores the history of Unitarianism and the loss of religious language and its power. It begins an understanding, redefinition and life to religious words we threw away when we became the light to the liberation of religion from its old and dead dogmas.

For many of us, 2025 felt like the world β€” and often our lives β€” were on fire. πŸ”₯

As we enter a new year, we hold this truth from Sara Eileen LaWall - that from fear, doubt, and hate, we rise with courage, hope, wonder, and love. πŸ’›βœ¨

Out of the flames, we rise and meet 2026 together. πŸŒ…βœ¨
