This weeks Woosley Woman is Ida Mae Groves.
Ida Mae is from Paradise Illinois and attends the Good Prospect Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Trilla IL.
Ida Mae married her husband Don at 19 years old, and was a faithful companion to him until he went to be with the Lord late last year. Their first date was a Gospel Music Concert in the 1950s. The couple shared over 70 years of marriage together. She has also been a loving mother to five children. And has earned the titles grandma and great grandma.
Ida Mae has served her church in countless ways throughout the years. Noteably, she taught both Sunday school and Youth Group. Ida Mae loves to fellowship with others during potlucks and events. Her favorite pastime is taking a drive through the country. Her favorite hymn to sing Sunday morning is Victory in Jesus. She recently celebrated her 90th birthday in April. During that time Ida Mae has influenced a multitude of lives for the Lord!

This week's Woosley Woman is Leslie Wooten.
Leslie is from Louisville, Kentucky, and attends HeartSong Church, where she is a steady and joyful presence. She is a devoted wife to Matt and a loving mom to her two children, Sammy and Hannah, roles she carries with so much care, strength, and grace.
For over 27 years, Leslie has faithfully served as an elementary music teacher, pouring into the lives of countless students. As she prepares to retire, her legacy in the classroom is one of patience, creativity, and genuine love for every child she taught.
Her heart for service doesn’t stop there. At church, Leslie is often one of the first to arrive, coming early to help set up and prepare the space for worship. She has served as an elder at HeartSong and has been involved in children’s ministry, always ready to invest in the next generation.
Across the Cumberland Presbytery, Leslie serves as the Christian Education Coordinator and faithfully plans and leads Junior and Senior Camp each summer. Through these camps, she creates spaces where students can grow in their faith, build relationships, and experience the love of Christ in meaningful ways.
What stands out most about Leslie is her spirit. She is a joy to be around, constantly positive, always smiling, and someone who makes everyone feel welcome. There is truly no stranger to Leslie. She meets people with warmth, kindness, and a genuine joy that reflects her faith in everything she does.
Leslie, thank you for the way you serve so faithfully and love so intentionally. Your life is a beautiful example of joy, leadership, and wholehearted devotion to God and others.
