We are thankful to share that our church has officially affirmed and installed Eli Mixon as an elder at FBC Cordele!

Scripture teaches that local churches are to be shepherded by a plurality of elders who together care for and lead the congregation (Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5). Since 2024, our church has been served by six elders, and we are grateful that the Lord has now expanded that number to seven.

Eli has been a blessing to our church family for years as a member. His love for Christ and passion for evangelism and missions, have encouraged and challenged many of us. We praise God for His provision and look forward to seeing how He will use Eli as he joins our team of elders in shepherding the people of FBC Cordele.

Please join us in thanking the Lord for His faithfulness and praying for Eli, our elders, and our church as we seek to glorify Christ together.
