First Street Church First Street Church is a body of believers whose desire is to create a social and spiritual impact on our city. First Street Church loves Cordele!

First Street Church is a non-denominational fellowship of believers in Cordele, Georgia. Christ is our creed and pattern. How he lived is how we desire to live, as his Body, being the continued incarnation of Christ in the world. We see ourselves as part of the great and mysterious church of God, holy and universal, which began on Pentecost day after the resurrection of Jesus. We believe in God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus died for the sins of all according to the Scriptures. We believe that he is Lord of heaven and earth. We believe that he is coming again to resurrect and renew all things. We believe that whosoever will may freely receive his grace through faith in his name as evidenced by the fruit of repentance from dead works and baptism in his name, which is the pledge of a sincere conscience before God. Our fellowship is with God and with all baptized believers who seek to follow Christ as disciples.

This week is our $5.00 supper at First Street. Just get your orders in and you can pick up your plates starting at 645 Wednesday evening. Plenty of lasagna or spaghetti, salad, bread, and dessert for only $5.00's. you can't beat the price or the food.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of our dear sister Faustine Wiley this week. She loved her First Street Church family well but we know by the grace and promise of God that she is with Jesus and her loved ones gone before her.

This Sunday morning at First Street Church we'll remember and celebrate Faustine's faithful devotion to the Lord, her family, and her church. Join us at 11:00 AM and share your good memories of this dear servant of God and sister in Christ.
