The LUTHERAN WOMAN'S QUARTERLY Summer magazines are shipping now and will be arriving shortly. This season's issue covers articles about grief and blessings in disguise. Also included are four summer Bible studies. We hope you enjoy reading this edition in the coming weeks.

Volunteering for Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a rewarding way to mentor youth, share your faith, and connect with your local community. It creates lasting memories for children and brings generations together through team building and shared service.

WHY HELP?:

* Fosters Spiritual Growth: It provides an immersive environment to teach Bible stories, share the gospel, and help kids apply values in a safe, fun space.

* Strengthens Community: It unites congregation members of all ages—from teenagers to seniors—to work toward a common goal, often welcoming families from outside the church.

* Develops Leaders: VBS gives older youth and adult volunteers a chance to take on mentorship and leadership roles, building confidence and communication skills.

Our VBS is Monday, 6/29 - Thursday, 7/2 9am-12pm. Contact the office (Sandy) or Mike Liebe for more info.

Freedom comes at a cost. OUr Holy Cross church family honors the ultimate sacrifice made the heroes of our armed forces this Memorial Day. 🙏🏼♥️

On this Memorial Day we pray for the families of the fallen who have preserved our nation for 250 years.

Pentecost is when the Holy Spirit began teaching people’s hearts about Christ and His resurrection. This is what allowed the apostles to go from hiding fearfully to preaching boldly.

Join us this Sunday, 5/24, 9:30am and hear about the Third Person of the Holy Trinity.
