🙏 Thank You, Vicar Caleb Arndt!

We were blessed to welcome Vicar Caleb Arndt from Zion Lutheran Church in Denver this past Sunday! We are grateful for his willingness to share God’s Word with us through his sermon and children’s message.

What is a Vicar? 🤔

A vicar is a seminary student who spends a year serving at a congregation, gaining hands-on experience in ministry while also helping nearby churches. After their vicar year, they return to Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary for one final year of studies before receiving their first pastoral assignment!

Thank you again, Vicar Arndt, for serving our Living Hope family! We pray God continues to bless you as you prepare for the pastoral ministry! ❤️

❤️ Welcome to the Living Hope Family! ❤️

This past Sunday, we were blessed to welcome two new members into our Living Hope congregation! We are so thankful God has brought them into our church family and look forward to growing together in faith!

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

⛪ Come worship with us! Sundays at 10:30 AM. There’s always room for YOU at Living Hope!

☀️🌳 Praises in the Park! 🙌

What a beautiful morning we had worshiping together at Fronterra Park this past Sunday! With the sunshine and God’s beautiful creation all around us, it was a wonderful setting to gather as a church family and praise our Savior.

We were blessed with a great message, a children’s message, worshipping together, and then plenty of fellowship over a potluck meal afterward. ❤️

🍲 Taste & See 2026! 🍞🍰

What a fun night of food, fellowship, and biblical hospitality! ❤️ Our First Annual Taste and See Event!!

We started our evening with a devotion based on the WELS Women's Ministry four-part Bible study on Biblical Hospitality—a reminder that hospitality doesn’t have to be fancy or perfect. It’s about seeing people, making room, welcoming others, and sharing the love we have first received from Jesus.

Then it was time to TASTE! 😋 We had about 20 delicious entries between Main Dishes, Soups & Chilis, Breads, Appetizers & Side Dishes, and Something Sweet. There was SO much good food to try, recipes to share, and plenty of time to visit and meet someone new!

🏆 We ended the evening by voting for our favorites and crowned five winners—one in each category!

And everyone went home with a Taste & See folder full of new recipes to try!

Such a fun evening together. Thank you to everyone who cooked, baked, shared recipes, helped, and joined us around the table. 💛

“Taste and see that the LORD is good.” — Psalm 34:8

🍦 Summer of Fun continues! ☀️

What better way to gather after fellowship than with ice cream floats?! 🥤🍨

Good treats, great conversation, and time spent together as a church family — the perfect combination for one of the last summer Sundays! 💛

Our Sisters in Scripture met last night for session two of our 7-sessions of Leaning on Jesus study by Deb Burma!

This week we talked about what it means to fully rely on God as He is the only One worthy of our full weight. ❤️

Such a great night of studying God’s Word, meaningful discussion, laughter, and encouragement with a wonderful group of SIS’s! And a little 🐸 bookmark to take home as a reminder to Fully Rely On God!

☀️ Summer of Fun at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science! 🦖🔬🦋

Another great Summer of Fun outing! A group of us headed out to lunch together after worship and then made our way to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science for an afternoon of exploring, learning, and fun!

There was so much to see and discover, but the best part was simply spending the day together. ❤️ Great conversations, lots of laughs, and wonderful fellowship!

We’re so thankful for these opportunities to get out, try something new, and enjoy time together as our Living Hope family. ☀️

🥞 THANK YOU, Living Hope Volunteers! ❤️

We are so thankful for the MANY volunteers who give their time and talents to help make Living Hope the church family it is!

From maintenance and facilities, Bible studies and Sharing Hope, worship and music, fellowship, events, and so many other ministries, there are countless hands working behind the scenes and serving with love.

Our Volunteer Thank You Brunch was just a small way to celebrate YOU and say how grateful we are for all you do! 💛

Thank you for serving. Thank you for giving. Thank you for being such an important part of our Living Hope family! 🙌

⚽️ WOW — what a camp! ✝️

Kickin’ It With Jesus Soccer Camp wrapped up a couple weeks ago, and our 4th Annual Camp was our BIGGEST YET with 55 registered kids! 🙌⚽️

We had so many returning campers who keep coming back year after year, along with lots of new faces. Over four mornings, our campers learned new soccer skills, played, laughed, and grew in their faith through mini-devotions with Pastor K.

And of course, we couldn’t end camp without some of our favorite traditions! The final day included scrimmages, shootouts, the epic water fight, and the traditional cooler dump on our lead coaches! 😂💦

Our coaches had just as much fun as the kids, and we’re already thankful for the memories made this year!

❤️⚽️ What was your child’s favorite part of Kickin’ It With Jesus? Tell us in the comments!

Want to hear about next year’s camp? Email [email protected] to get on the list for future camp information!
