In between rain showers, we were able to pick produce from the church garden available to those attending Wed. Evening service. Remember we meet at 6 pm to enjoy fruit and veggie trays and chicken salad sandwiches. We look forward to meeting Carl Hartman who will be teaching the class at 7 pm and preaching at both services on Sun.

The cucumber vines are spreading. Reminds me of the little boy in Sunday school who said “Solomon had 700 wives and 300 cucumber vines.” If you look closely you will also see an Acorn or Butternut squash growing.

The church garden is really producing! We blessed Carolyn Wed. Night with squash and zucchini. Caitlin, Juanita. Linda, Mary Wisdom, Yoki, ladies at Barry’s work, and several neighbors at the Poverty Reduction Focus Group also received.
