“I am convinced that, at this crossroads, as United Methodists, we have a unique God-given generational opportunity to model the love of Jesus Christ as a theologically diverse body in a world plagued with divisions and polarizations that are destroying all sense of community.

We have a God-sized opportunity to witness a countercultural vision of hope in a time when individualism and intolerance are destroying our society.

We have been called for such times as these! We are the generation that will show the world, especially those who have given up on the church, that the United Methodist Church, as a diverse community, is a place where Christ’s joy and hope are real and can be experienced through the healing love of Jesus, incarnated in and through us.

God is inviting us to embark in this holy adventure, TOGETHER”
