We are a "Fellowship", with all that this word implies about people and their relationships with each other and with God, not a "Church", with all that this word implies about buildings and the maintenance o

f institutions. CBF is about people in Christ and Christ in people. That is why the best profile of our congregation is a silhouette of people holding hands. Listen to what the people say about who we are: It's a place where I'm accepted as I am--it has become my family; it feels like home away from home. There's struggle and growth that's honest I've discovered Christ in others here. It's innovative, yet traditional. I feel like what I contribute makes a difference. The worship and Bible study are relevant to my life. I haven't found all the answers here, but I have found a new depth to my faith.

People are rarely deciding based on theology alone at the door. They’re deciding whether they feel safe enough to stay, whether their kids will be cared for, whether they can walk in without performing.

At Columbia Baptist Fellowship, that first impression is built on purpose.

Sunday worship runs from 9:50am to 11:05am, with a YouTube livestream option.
Sunday School meets every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. in room 10 and at 1 p.m. online via Zoom.
Children’s Church meets Sundays at 9:50 a.m. in room 29, and teens can join Positive Exposure Youth every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

That’s what home feels like in a church setting.
Not just a service to attend, but a place where every age has a place to belong. Greeters help guide you. Kids have a space. Teens have a place to ask honest questions. And you’re not expected to have it all figured out before you arrive.
