MOMCo Schedule Update 💛

Moms, we’re making a little change to our plans! Our MOMCo kickoff scheduled for tomorrow, September 3, is being rescheduled.

We’re working on a new date and will share it with you as soon as we have the details. We’re looking forward to kicking off this new season of MOMCo and gathering together soon!

A new way to keep up with what’s happening at Redemption Hill.

Starting this month, you’ll find a double-sided announcement sheet available at church with upcoming events, important dates, and QR codes that take you directly to the details and sign-ups you need.

No digging through emails.

No trying to remember where you saw the link.

No screenshotting an announcement and hoping you can find it later. 😄

Just grab the current sheet, scan the QR code for the event you’re interested in, and you’re there.

A new edition will be available each month, so pick one up on Sunday and keep it somewhere handy.

MOMCo at Redemption Hill kicks off September 3, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

Whether you’re in the little-kid years, navigating a new season of motherhood, or simply looking for meaningful community with other women, MOMCo is a place to connect, laugh, talk honestly, and build friendships.

You do not have to have it all together.

You do not have to already know someone.

You just have to come.

You don’t have to do it all. You just have to be willing to take a step.

Life Groups are getting ready for a new season at Redemption Hill, and we’re looking for people who can help make them happen.

Life Groups will begin the week of Septemeber 13th, and they typically meet in homes during the week and take Sunday’s sermon beyond Sunday morning.

They’re a place to ask questions, dig deeper into Scripture, talk about how it applies to real life, and build relationships along the way.

And there’s more than one way to help:
🏠 Host — Open your home and provide a place for people to gather.
💬 Lead — Help guide the group through the weekly sermon discussion.
🤝 Moderate — Help keep conversation moving, make sure everyone has a chance to participate, and create a welcoming environment.

Or, if it fits you, do all three.

You don’t need a theology degree. You don’t need a perfect house. And you don’t have to have all the answers.

You just need a willingness to help people grow together.

Motherhood can be full of people…and still feel lonely sometimes.

MOMCo is a place for moms in all ages and stages of life to build friendships, have real conversations, and spend time with women who understand that life doesn’t always look perfectly put together.

You don’t need to already know someone.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Just come.

Coffee truck update ☕

Unfortunately, Fireside Mountain Coffee Company will not be able to join us tomorrow, Sunday, August 16.

We know some of you were looking forward to it, and we’re disappointed too. Thanks for being flexible as plans changed.

The good news: Sunday morning at Redemption Hill is still on as usual, and we’d love to see you.

Apparently today is Relaxation Day, and some of us probably needed the reminder. 😅

Our culture is really good at telling us to do more, move faster, and keep going.

Scripture gives us a different picture.

Jesus Himself stepped away from the crowds to pray and rest. He reminds us that our worth isn’t measured by how full our calendar is or how much we can accomplish.

So maybe today, give yourself permission to slow down.
Put the phone down for a while.
Take a walk.
Sit outside.
Read something that reminds you of what is true.
Spend a few quiet minutes with God.

And tomorrow, come rest your heart with us as we worship together.

Our Lost + Found is starting to look like it has its own congregation.

If you’ve misplaced a jacket, water bottle, Bible, bag, or one of those mysterious kid items that seems to disappear the second you walk into church… there’s a good chance it may be waiting for you.

Take a look this Sunday and claim what’s yours before our Lost + Found gets any more crowded.
