It’s official. My new book, In the Midst: Finding God’s Presence in the Midst of Trial, releases November 1, and the Kindle edition is now available for preorder. This book asks a question most Christians eventually have to face: What do you do when you’ve prayed, the trial hasn’t ended, and you’re still standing in the middle of it? In the Midst follows the presence of God through Scripture and argues that the wilderness is not ungoverned, the waiting is not meaningless, and Christ is not absent. Preorder:

We are back in stock on our Lions Mane/Brahmi.

02/08/2026

Tomorrow we’ll continue our series In the Midst with a message titled “I Will Be With You.”

From the burning bush to the pillar of fire, Scripture shows us a God who does more than deliver His people—He goes with them. And ultimately, this promise finds its fulfillment in Jesus Christ, Emmanuel—God with us, who remains with His people always.

Join us as we consider what it means to live under the care and leadership of a Savior who is present, faithful, and reigning in the midst of His people.

🕚 Worship begins at 11:00 a.m.

Over the last few years, I’ve spent a lot of time learning, testing, and paying attention to what actually helps people day to day — not miracles, not promises, just real support.

The Lion’s Mane + Brahmi blend we make at Amazing Grace Farms is designed to support:

• mental clarity and focus
• memory and recall
• calm, steady thinking
• nerve and brain health
• overall daily cognitive wellness

Lion’s Mane has been widely studied for its role in supporting nerve growth pathways and brain health.
Brahmi (Bacopa) has a long history of use for memory, stress balance, and supporting healthy brain function.

I’ve used this blend personally for years, including through a difficult season of nerve injury and recovery. I’ve also shared it with a small number of people dealing with things like stroke recovery, brain trauma, and cognitive decline. I don’t make medical claims — but I do listen carefully to the feedback people give, and much of it has been encouraging.

This is not medicine.
It’s not a cure.
It doesn’t replace doctors or treatment.

It is a simple, natural, two-ingredient blend meant to support the body the way God designed it to function.

We make it in small batches, keep it clean and straightforward, and price it so we can continue helping others along the way.

If you want more information or are interested in a jar, you can message the Amazing Grace Farms page anytime.

No hype.
No promises.
Just something real that has quietly helped us and others.

Why I Combine Lion’s Mane + Brahmi (And Why It Works So Well)

I’ve had a bunch of people ask lately why I combine Lion’s Mane mushroom with Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) in the blend we make at Amazing Grace Farms. So here’s the simple explanation — without hype or medical promises.

These two plants actually complement each other in ways most folks don’t realize:

1. Lion’s Mane supports nerve growth factor (NGF)

It contains natural compounds that help the brain’s “repair and reconnect” signals. This is why so many people use it for clarity, focus, and general cognitive support.

2. Brahmi helps the brain use those signals

This herb has been studied for:
• supporting blood flow to the brain
• protecting and strengthening synapses
• reducing inflammation that blocks repair
• encouraging healthy communication between brain cells

Put simply:
Lion’s Mane says “grow.”
Brahmi says “here’s the environment to do it.”

3. Together they make a natural, time-tested pairing

Ayurvedic practitioners have used Brahmi for centuries, and modern research shows how well it supports the same pathways Lion’s Mane taps into.

No medical claims here — just sharing what science has found and what many of us have personally noticed.

If you’re curious about the blend we make in small batches at the farm, you can message our page here:

It’s been a blessing to share this with folks who are looking for something natural and gentle that supports daily brain health.

Honest Price Comparison for Those Asking

A few people have asked how our Lion’s Mane + Brahmi blend compares to the prices of big supplement companies. So here’s a simple, transparent comparison.

On Amazon right now:

Real Mushrooms Lion’s Mane Extract
→ 2.11 oz for $28
→ That’s just Lion’s Mane – no Brahmi, no additional cognitive support herbs.

Our blend at Amazing Grace Farms:

Lion’s Mane Extract + Brahmi (2 oz jar)
→ $25 at the farm
→ $30 shipped
→ No fillers, no grain, no starch
→ Premium extract powders, mixed in small batches
→ And part of the proceeds help us provide free jars to stroke survivors, dementia patients, and others who are struggling (with their doctor’s approval).

Not making any medical claims — just keeping things honest:
• Big brands charge more per ounce
• They sell single-ingredient powders
• We offer a dual-ingredient cognitive support blend
• And we keep the price low so we can continue helping families who can’t afford supplements at all

This is simply our way of stewarding what God has given us and serving our community with something that has helped us personally.
