5 вересня 2010 року у Соборі Святого Юра у Львові відбулася єпископська хіротонія Преосвященного Владики Венедикта (Алексійчука).

Головним святителем був Високопреосвященний Владика Ігор Возьняк, Архиєпископ Львівський, а співсвятителями — Преосвященний Владика Юліан Вороновський, Єпископ Самбірсько-Дрогобицький, та Преосвященний Владика Павло Хомницький, Єпископ Стемфордський.

Сьогодні, у 16-ту річницю Вашої єпископської хіротонії, Курія єпархії, духовенство, монашество та всі вірні Чиказької єпархії УГКЦ щиросердечно вітають Вас, дорогий Владико Венедикте!

Дякуємо Всемилостивому Господу за дар Вашого архипастирського служіння, за Вашу любов до Христа та Його Церкви, за батьківську турботу про довірений Вам Божий народ.

On September 5, 2010, at St. George’s Cathedral in Lviv, Bishop Benedict Aleksiychuk was consecrated a bishop.

The principal consecrator was His Grace Bishop Ihor Voznyak, Archbishop of Lviv, and the co-consecrators were His Grace Bishop Yulian Voronovskyi, Bishop of Sambir-Drohobych, and His Grace Bishop Pavlo Chomnytskyi, Bishop of Stamford.

Today, on the 16th anniversary of your episcopal consecration, the Chancery, clergy, monastics, and faithful of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Chicago extend our heartfelt and prayerful congratulations to you, our dear Bishop Benedict!

We give thanks to Almighty God for the gift of your episcopal ministry, for your love for Christ and His Church, and for your fatherly care for the people entrusted to your pastoral ministry.

We pray that the Holy Spirit may continue to bless you with abundant gifts, good health, spiritual joy, peace, strength, and many blessed years.

May the Most Merciful Lord continue to strengthen you in your holy vocation, grant you wisdom and courage for the mission entrusted to you, and guide you in every step of your episcopal ministry.

May the Most Holy Mother of God always keep you under her loving protection and intercede before her Son for an abundance of heavenly graces, so that through your ministry the Church of Christ may continue to grow in faith, love, and unity.
