September 5-6, 2026 // 1 Corinthians - Part 10: Marriage

In Part 10 of our journey through 1 Corinthians, Pastor Daniel Stevens looks at God’s design for marriage and how our relationship with Christ shapes the way we love and serve one another. Whether married or single, we are called to grow in self-control, lay down our pride, and become people who sharpen and strengthen those around us.

Pastor Daniel also explores the spiritual battle that can take place within marriage and the importance of recognizing when the enemy is trying to turn spouses against one another. Instead of fighting each other, couples can learn to stand together, pursue God together, and multiply their impact for His Kingdom. Even when a marriage is struggling or one spouse does not yet believe, there is still hope for God to bring healing, restoration, and new life.

In Part 9 of our journey through 1 Corinthians, Pastor Mike Stevens explores how Christians can faithfully navigate difficult passages of Scripture and still walk together when we don’t agree on every interpretation. By understanding the difference between a biblical spiritual principle and how that principle is applied, we can approach challenging passages with wisdom, humility, and a desire to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Mike Stevens encourages us to study Scripture for ourselves, develop thoughtful convictions, and learn how to disagree with one another in love. We may not always see eye to eye on every issue, but when we share faith in Jesus, we can stand together on what matters most and continue walking hand in hand.
