🎃 What an AMAZING night at Hickory Grove Baptist Church’s Trunk or Treat! 🍬

We were blessed with well over 400 people joining us for an evening of fun, fellowship, food, and community! ❤️

A HUGE thank you to Hubb’s Farm for graciously providing the location and to all the volunteers who made this event possible. From preparing and serving food, decorating trunks, donating candy and cakes, and working the cake walk to all the many behind-the-scenes tasks, so much time and love went into making this night special.

We are thankful for every person who gave, served, and helped make this event such a success. Most of all, we are grateful for the opportunity to welcome so many families and share the love of Christ with our community!

Thank you for being part of it! 🍂❤️

What a great day we had together celebrating our 137th Homecoming at Hickory Grove yesterday! One blessing from the service was having the Kingsway Quartet with us to minister through music. Here is a song they shared with us that may serve as an encouragement to you again today, “What a Friend We Have in Jesus”. 🙌🏻

We are looking forward to celebrating our 137th Homecoming at Hickory Grove Baptist Church this Sunday! Here are a few reminders ahead of our time together on Sunday morning.
- We will have the Kingsway Quartet with us to share special music in the worship service.
- This year’s Homecoming Offering will be designated for our “Growth Giving” fund, as we continue to prayerfully consider the possibility of building expansion in the future.
- Our pastor will be sharing the Homecoming message, titled, “Today is the Day”.
- After the worship service everyone is invited to join us for lunch provided by our own, Mrs. Sharon Weeks. On the menu is: fried chicken, pork loin, chicken pastry, twice baked potato casserole, corn, cabbage, chicken salad; and also chicken nuggets and fries for the kids.
- In addition to seating in the fellowship hall, we will have a large tent with tables and chairs set up outside to make room for everyone to be able to stick around and enjoy the food and fellowship.

Homecoming is always a special day with the family of God, whether you’re a longtime member or a first time guest, we hope you’ll plan to come join us!
