DON’T PANIC ON THE PATH! 🙌🏾

Sometimes the path gets difficult. Sometimes you can’t see what’s ahead. Sometimes fear will make you question whether you’re even going in the right direction.

But DON’T PANIC!

God’s Word gives you direction.
God’s Word gives you principles to live by.
And the God who put you on the path will preserve you while you’re on the path.

📖 Psalm 119:105–107

Our City of God Midweek Bible Study will be taking a break for the summer season. We are grateful for every conversation, every lesson, every prayer, and every opportunity we’ve had to grow together in God’s Word.

Take this time to rest, reflect, and continue seeking God throughout the summer. 🌴📖🙏

We will resume Midweek Bible Study in August, and we look forward to coming back together refreshed and ready for another season of spiritual growth.

Not every challenge in relationships is meant to break you — some challenges are designed to build you. Real friendships and meaningful relationships require pressure, friction, accountability, and growth.

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

Iron doesn’t sharpen iron without contact. There has to be friction. There has to be pressure. There have to be moments that challenge us to become better, wiser, stronger, and more refined.

Healthy relationships don’t just celebrate your strengths — they challenge your weaknesses. God often uses people in our lives to shape our character, sharpen our purpose, and strengthen our faith.

Don’t run from every difficult conversation. Don’t avoid every uncomfortable moment. Sometimes the pressure is producing the promise.

The right people won’t always make life easier — they’ll make you better.

Even when we let God down… God still lifts us up.

You may have missed the mark.
You may have doubted, delayed, or even walked away.
But God’s grace isn’t fragile, and His love isn’t conditional.

He doesn’t drop you when you fall short.
He lifts you when you feel lowest.

This is the beauty of our faith:
Your failure is never final when God is still faithful.

So today, don’t stay stuck in guilt…
Stand up in grace. 🙌

There was a moment in the message where it became clear… some things in life are simply bigger than us.

This Sunday’s sermon, “Only God Can Do This For Me,” reminded us that when situations feel impossible, overwhelming, and beyond our control, that’s not the end… that’s where God steps in.

Just like Jesus was raised with all power, we were reminded that the same God who performed miracles then is still moving now. The things we can’t fix, the doors we can’t open, the healing we can’t produce on our own… only God can do it.

And here’s the truth we stood on:
If God is in it, resurrection is inevitable.

We don’t lose hope when it’s out of our hands… we lean into the power of God.

Declaration:
Only God can restore me.
Only God can heal me.
Only God can lift me.
Only God can do this for me.
