Just a short drive from Greenville, South Carolina, Asbury Hills is on 2,000 acres nestled in the northwest corner of South Carolina in the Blue Ridge mountains. 🦀 Thursday was a jam-packed, unforgettable day at Junior High Seaside Camp! We started with a fantastic hands-on ecology program with the DNR, made a visit to the breathtaking Angel Oak tree, and spent our free time crabbing and hanging out on the beach. 🌊

We wrapped up the evening with a deeply meaningful time of worship and communion right on our dock, followed by small group devotions. Beach camp is truly something special! ✨⚓️

Tuesday was packed with adventure at our Junior High Seaside Camp! 🙌 Our campers spent the day exploring the Charleston Aquarium—complete with an amazing animal encounter—before heading back to Sea Islands for a classic hotdog cookout and a hilarious skit night.

We are making the most of every second of coastal life before we head back to the mountains!

Two weeks of non-stop adventure? Say less! 🌲🚣‍♂️

Our Junior High Expedition crew just wrapped up an unforgettable trip. We tackled all the classic Asbury Hills favorites, went tubing and rafting, braved primitive camping, and hiked all the way to the top of Table Rock! 🥾⛰️ Huge shout-out to our trip coordinator Andrea and our amazing counselors, Lia and Quinn, for leading the way and making it all happen!

Best of all? We got to bond and watch these campers grow together in Christ. 🙌✨

🏖️ Day 2 at Junior High Seaside Camp was an absolute blast! We traded the mountain peaks for ocean breezes and spent most of the day soaking up the sun with an adventurous beach day. 🌊

We wrapped up the day with a powerful worship session right on the dock, followed by small group devotionals. Swapping our usual mountain adventures for the lowcountry has been such a fun change of pace, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store for our junior highers! 🌅✨

🌊 Junior High Seaside Camp is officially off to an incredible start! Day one at Sea Islands Camp and Retreat Center was packed with icebreakers, get-to-know-you games, a delicious dinner, and—of course—some epic tie-dying. 🎨✨

We can’t wait to explore the lowcountry this week, dive into the story of Esther, and discover what God’s call looks like in our lives!
