From Father Craig on Archdiocesan Restructuring

Sisters and Brothers in Christ of St. Daniel,
In the midst of the many changes that could potentially happen in 2027 due to the Archdiocesan Restructuring, I personally appeal to everyone to be in a spirit of prayer and to have a “welcoming spirit” to those who may be looking for a new parish to call home.
As I have repeatedly stated, we (St. Daniel) have not seen a restructuring model in phase I or phase II where St. Daniel Catholic Church is slated to have “no weekend Masses.”
However, in the most recent update, parishes nearby are now facing this reality, namely that they may no longer have Masses on Saturday evenings or Sunday(s). So please be welcoming, please invite those visiting to be a part of our parish. This is a time of great challenge and a time of uncertainty; your kindness can make all of the difference. St. Elizabeth Anne Seton always said that our least action when done for God is precious to Him.
