Jason and I took our first collection to Weston. The volunteers were so appreciative of our donation!

If you are out shopping, here’s some other items that are needed in addition to the items previously mentioned…

Dehumidifier
Squeegees
Mops
Outdoor extension cords
Shampoo and conditioner

They have an area set up for school supplies so we will take those on our trip next week.

Please keep these families in your prayers. Just the glimpse we got today is heartbreaking.

You can bring items to church Wednesday or Thursday from 9-2 or on Sunday.

Our neighboring counties have been hit hard by the devastating floods this week. Traditionally, our church collects back to school items for children in need. This year we are adding to that collection and collecting cleaning supplies, hygiene items, non-perishable food, water, baby food, diapers, pet food, etc. to donate to those in need . You can bring your items to church Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 9-2 or next Sunday. If you can’t make it out to pick up items, but are able to donate, I (Terra) can shop for you. Please keep these families and communities in your thoughts and prayers as they rebuild.

VBS begins tomorrow following the worship service with snacks and activities.
