Some wounds don’t disappear overnight.

And forgiveness isn’t always a one-time moment either.

Sometimes it’s a decision you have to keep making especially when the pain was real.

That’s what makes forgiveness so difficult.
Not because it ignores what happened…
but because it forces us to stop letting the hurt define us.

And over time, something unexpected happens:

Freedom.

Not instant healing.
Not pretending it didn’t matter.
But slowly realizing the pain doesn’t control you anymore.

A lot of things can look solid from the outside. Confidence. Success. Stability. Even the version of ourselves we try to present to everyone else.

But pressure has a way of exposing what’s underneath all of it. And honestly, that can be uncomfortable.

Because most of us don’t realize what we’re leaning on until life forces us to find out. That’s why strong foundations matter so much.

Not because life will suddenly become easy, but because when difficult seasons come, you need something deeper than temporary reassurance to hold onto.

What’s been keeping you grounded lately?

A lot of people assume the Bible changed over time like a giant game of telephone.

That what we have today couldn’t possibly be close to the original.

But most people have never actually looked into how the Bible was preserved.

The reality is, there’s more historical evidence for the reliability of Scripture than most people realize.

Not blind faith.
Not “just believe harder.”
Real history. Real manuscripts. Real evidence.

And maybe asking honest questions about faith isn’t a bad thing after all.

Most things feel strong until life gets heavy.

It’s easy to feel grounded when everything is going well.
When the future feels clear.
When nothing is really testing you.

But hard seasons have a way of revealing what our lives are actually built on.

And that’s why foundation matters.

Because when life starts shaking things, opinions and surface-level belief can only hold so much.

We all build our lives on something.
The question is whether it’s strong enough to hold you when life gets hard.

05/26/2026

A lot of things feel strong until life tests them.

Success. Opinions. Confidence. Even the things we tell ourselves will hold us together.

But eventually life hits all of us with something heavy. Loss. Fear. Uncertainty.
The kind of moments that expose what our lives are really built on.

And that’s why foundation matters.

Because when everything around you feels unstable, you need something stronger than shifting opinions to stand on.

A lot of us can believe that God is powerful.

But believing He genuinely loves us? That’s harder.

Because most of us are carrying around some version of:
“I’m too broken.”
“I should have figured this out by now.”
“God probably loves other people more than me.”

But over and over again, Jesus moved toward the people nobody expected Him to love. The sick. The helpless. The sinner.

Not because they earned it. Because that’s who He is.

Some of us are exhausted from trying to hold everything together.

Trying to manage every outcome. Trying to fix things before they fall apart.
Trying to keep the storm from reaching us.

But eventually we hit moments that remind us how little control we actually have.

And honestly? That can feel terrifying.

But maybe faith was never about having control in the first place.

Maybe it’s about learning to trust that even in the middle of uncertainty, Jesus is still present. Still working. Still holding us together when we feel like we’re coming undone.

You don’t have to carry the weight of calming every storm on your own.

What’s something in your life that’s been hard to let go of lately?

05/20/2026

Sometimes we treat faith like a label instead of a relationship. But being close to Jesus was never supposed to be passive.

He still teaches us. Still shapes us. Still meets us in everyday life.

Not perfectly. Not all at once. But consistently.

And maybe one of the clearest signs that Jesus is near is that He’s still changing something in you.

What’s something you feel like God has been teaching you lately?

A lot of us spend our lives trying to avoid storms.

Trying to keep everything stable. Predictable. Under control.

But eventually life reminds us that some storms can’t be avoided.

And when that happens, peace doesn’t come from having all the answers. It comes from knowing you’re not alone in the middle of it.

That’s what faith is.

Not pretending everything is okay. Not ignoring the fear. But trusting that Jesus is still present even when life feels chaotic.

Because peace isn’t found in perfect circumstances. It’s found in who’s in the boat with you.
