Today we gathered together to explore one of Jesus' most important teachings: the Great Commission from Matthew 28:16–20.

When the disciples met the risen Christ on the mountain, some worshiped—and some doubted. Yet Jesus still called them, trusted them, and sent them.

That is good news for all of us.

We do not have to be perfect to be used by God.

We do not need all the answers before taking the next step.

Together we will reflect on what discipleship looked like in the early church and what it means for us today.

Because the question Jesus asks His Church is not:

"How big are you?"

But rather:

"Are you helping people follow Me?"

You are always welcome to come worship with us and be encouraged by the promise that Christ is still with His people and still calling us to His mission.

♥️Today at Zion, we reflected on the miracle of Pentecost and the beautiful truth found in Acts 2:

♥️The miracle was not that everyone spoke the same language.
The miracle was that the Holy Spirit used diversity to carry one message — Jesus Christ.

♥️From every nation and every background, God formed a new humanity united not by culture, politics, or race, but by the gospel.

♥️The world already knows how to divide.
Only the Holy Spirit can make us one.

♥️As the Church, may we resist pride, division, and self-centeredness, and instead become people who are:
humble enough to listen,
mature enough to love,
and Spirit-filled enough to stay united.

♥️Pentecost was not God erasing difference.
It was God redeeming difference.♥️
