We’re so glad you’re here! Learn more about Cityside as we share our values, practices, and vision for creating a supportive space for spiritual growth and self-discovery. We’ll share some food and you’ll have time to join the AfterTalk to connect with like-minded individuals around the month’s topic. We’ll create specific time for newer visitors to explore how Cityside can support your spiritual journey and personal transformation.

This gathering is designed to answer your questions, explore ways to get involved, and find your place within our community. Bring a dish to share!

Who we are on the inside reflects how we express ourselves on the outside. Relationships are mirrors that allow us to see that how we view the world reflects how we view ourselves. The more we can uncover our parts, remove our masks, and be authentically ourselves, the more we are able to see the divine in everyone we meet. What would my life be like if I was authentically myself in every relationship?

Ernest Holmes writes that our word does not restore wholeness; it reveals it. And yet, many of us do not feel whole. We tend to reject or suppress the parts of ourselves we do not like. What would happen if instead of rejecting them, we honored them? What if we asked: What would my life look like if I honored and loved all of my parts, even those I do not like?

Join us for a transformative Sunday message with Rev. Rainbow, founder of the Q***r Spirit Collective, as we explore the spiritual principle of Oneness through a vibrant, new lens. Looking at the holy revelation of the Q***r experience, we see life rooted in Divine curiosity and the sacred nonbinary nature of God. This message is a powerful invitation for everyone to embrace their most audacious, authentic self-expression, moving beyond the binary of "either/or" into the expansive "both/and" present in nature. Imagine a world where everyone is embraced and honored for being the unique expression of the One that we are, and consider the impact this can have on our collective spiritual awakening.

We were born to love all life. Sometimes it is not as easy as it sounds. Life and love can be messy and imperfect. Still, we get to ask ourselves: how actively are we showing up as Love in the world? This week we move from the inner knowing of love to its outward expression — in our relationships, our choices, our presence with others. Love is not passive. It asks to be lived.

Most people try to change their lives by fixing behaviors on the surface—setting boundaries, thinking positively, or pushing themselves harder.

But the real reason you keep repeating the same patterns in your relationships, career, or decision-making isn’t conscious.

It’s hidden.

In this experiential workshop, you’ll be guided through a powerful introduction to shadow work—the process of uncovering the unconscious patterns that quietly drive your choices, reactions, and results.

You’ll begin to see:

Why you stay in relationships longer than you should
Why you hesitate, people-please, or avoid conflict
Why success or change feels harder than it should
Through guided exercises and reflection, you’ll have a direct experience of identifying one of your core patterns and understanding how it was formed.

More importantly, you’ll leave with a new perspective that allows you to respond differently—so you can begin creating:

Healthier, more honest relationships
Clearer decisions and boundaries
Greater confidence in your direction
Shadow work isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about seeing what’s been hidden so you can finally move forward with clarity and intention.
