Every Sunday churches from across Metro Detroit provide a meal for those in need through Orthodox Detroit Outreach (ODO) in Southwest Detroit. This week St. Juliana of Lazarevo Ministry of Mercy at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church and St Clement Ohridski - Eastern Orthodox Cathedral joined forces to serve a meal.

Seth Ducasse has officially started his first day on the job as our new Director of FOCUS Cincinnati!! Seth has served with us since our inception with our advisory and fundraising committees and we are so excited and thankful to have him take on this new role!! Thank you Seth for all you have done for FOCUS Cincinnati and may God bless and guide you as you continue to grow and develop this ministry!

St. Juliana of Lazarevo Ministry of Mercy is the outreach ministry of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Detroit, MI. For several years they have been helping out a local school with things like items for their classrooms, backpacks, and pizza.

Every year FOCUS Detroit holds a special Christmas dinner for families at a Detroit school. This year the program started with crafts (Christmas ornaments), a meal, then the distribution of gingerbread house kits and presents. This is part of a larger partnership with the school where FOCUS Detroit provides a meal and crafts every Tuesday for students.
