Below are the announcements for the upcoming week. Please join us for Sunday School at 9:30am and Morning Worship service at 11:00am. Tomorrow, Oct. 25th, we celebrate homecoming for St. Mark, so if you have ever been a member, a supporter, are family or friends of St. Mark in any way, we invite you to join us tomorrow. We will be honoring Mr. Shedrick Sawyer for his faithful service as well. Refreshments will be served after service.

In addition to Breast Cancer Awareness month, it is also Domestic Violence Awareness month. Being in this world, living with all of the challenges that the outside presents, if we can, we all have to choose to stand up, speak up when we see someone in need. Be careful, don't judge, but help if you can. Let the Lord be your guide.

Dr. Alyce Ann Crump-Williams with the sermon, "If It's Me You Want, Let The Others Go."

Life has been trying for so many of us, from deaths to health challenges to struggles with finances, work, relationships, etc. All we can do is stand on the word and never give up. Take comfort in community, find ways to bring yourself joy, and be a light to others. Always fight for what's right and pray without ceasing. May God bless all of you.

Please pray for all those on our prayer list. This has been a trying time for so many in St. Mark. Although there have been recent moments of true joy, may we all stay strong in prayer and trust that God will always make a way. Let us walk in love, not evil or with hate. As Mrs. Taylor would always say, "it's all about love," so never forget that.
