Our lives are being recorded—not for shame, but for reward. Every choice matters in light of eternity. We will all stand before Christ, and what we do with what He has entrusted to us will be revealed. This is not meant to produce fear, but holy urgency.
Playing church while clinging to sin leaves us defenseless in spiritual battle. God is not looking for polished appearances; He is looking for surrendered hearts. Repentance is not punishment—it is the doorway to freedom, authority, and deeper intimacy with Him. The altar is not a ritual—it is a war cry. It is where flesh dies, compromise is exposed, and kingdom authority is activated. Every act of surrender strengthens our ability to walk in the power God has given us.
We cannot expect kingdom authority while refusing kingdom surrender. The urgency of the last days calls for repentance, reverence, and lives that can bear the light of God's judgment. We were never called to casually drift through our faith, but to live watchful, obedient, and ready. Live ready for the King's return. The choices you make today echo into eternity. What you surrender now becomes part of the testimony and reward you will carry into that day.
"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad." (2 Corinthians 5:10, NIV)
Reflection: What compromise have you tolerated that needs altar-time today? How will you live this hour as if Jesus' return is moments away?
