This past Sunday, we said farewell to the Groomes family, a beloved part of our church and our first covenant partners. We are grateful for the time we shared and the beautiful impact the Groomes had on our church and community. We are praying for them as they embark on their next adventure in California!

Last Sunday we had the joy of welcoming our newest covenant partners, Jared and Lauren Rish. We are so grateful to have them as a part of our church family! Last week, Lauren led a lei-making workshop, and a couple of our youth took extra supplies home and made lei for Lauren and Jared, which made for an extra special Hawaiian welcome on Sunday!

What a joy it was to celebrate our 5th grade groups last Sunday! We presented Bibles to those who were able to make it, and we will get our other participants their Bibles next time we see them! Our 5th graders did a great job exploring important topics this spring as they prepare for middle school, such as identity, health, emotions, friendship, technology, and faith.

So proud of our middle school girls group! They were able to raise $380 through a bake sale that will go toward educating girls in Central Asia. Big thank you to all who helped out and supported this effort!

A couple updates on our lei-making event-- the time of this event has been changed slightly. We're now meeting at 7:30 pm on 6/10. The deadline to RSVP has been extended to 6/7 so there is still time to sign up or invite your friends! Please RSVP on the Evite so that Lauren can track participants all in one place 🙂 Thank you!

7️⃣ The gospel of John shares 7 statements Jesus made about Himself and 7 “signs” or miracles He performed that demonstrate His identity as the promised Messiah, the Son of God.

🍷 This Sunday we will be looking at Jesus‘ first miracle, when He turned water into wine at a wedding.

🤗 We hope you can join us (and bring a friend!) this Sunday as we dive into a new series, exploring together who Jesus is!

☕️ 10:30 AM- coffee and snacks
🙌 11:00 AM- worship for all ages

🍽️ Potluck lunch following worship! The church will be providing chicken from Pollard‘s. Feel free to bring a side dish or dessert if you’d like!

Our middle school girls group did a fantastic job taking care of some sweet kiddos at our first babysitting night! So glad we were able to offer a little break to parents in our community!
