What a wonderful time of worship together this past Sunday! We were blessed through music, fellowship, and the continued preaching series, Taking the Land – Part 4, from Interim Pastor Chuck Lawless.

Preaching from Joshua 23–24, Pastor Lawless reminded us that victory in the Christian life is not a one-time event, but a daily commitment to faithfully follow the Lord.

Key truths from the message included:

• Victory is achieved and maintained on a day-to-day basis (Joshua 23:1-13)
• Victory comes when we realize we can’t win in our own power (Joshua 24:14-28)
• Victory is dying as a servant of the Lord, knowing others after us will follow Him too (Joshua 24:29-31)

May we continue to walk faithfully with the Lord each day, relying on His strength and leaving a legacy of faith for those who come after us.

Join us next Sunday at 10:30 AM as we gather again to worship, grow in God’s Word, and encourage one another in Christ.

“None of the good promises the Lord had made to the house of Israel failed. Everything was fulfilled.” — Joshua 21:45

During his message, “Taking the Land – Part 3,” Interim Pastor Chuck Lawless reminded us that victory comes when we trust the promises of God. Just as God faithfully fulfilled His promises to Israel (Joshua 21:43-45), He remains faithful to His promises today.

God promises:

His Presence – “I am with you always.” (Matthew 28:20)

His Faithfulness – “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:5)

His Forgiveness – “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us.” (1 John 1:9)

His Rest – “Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

His Wisdom – “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God.” (James 1:5)

His Provision – “His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness.” (2 Peter 1:3)

No matter what season of life you are facing, God’s promises are true, His Word is trustworthy, and His faithfulness never fails.

This past Sunday, our church family gathered to worship the Lord through music, prayer, and the teaching of His Word. Our choir and orchestra led us in a meaningful time of praise as we reflected on God’s faithfulness and grace.

We also heard a powerful message from Interim Pastor Chuck Lawless titled “Taking the Land – Part 3,” from Joshua 14–21. Pastor Lawless reminded us that:

• Victory in taking the land comes by wholly following the Lord (Joshua 14:6-13).
• Trouble lurks when we don’t drive out the enemy in our lives (Joshua 11:23; 13:13; 15:63; 16:10; 17:12-13).
• Victory comes when we trust the promises of God (Joshua 21:43-45; Matthew 28; Hebrews 13; 1 John 1:9; Matthew 11; James 1; 2 Peter 1:3).

As we continue our journey through Joshua, may we be encouraged to follow God wholeheartedly, remove the obstacles that hinder our walk with Him, and stand firmly on His promises.

Join us next Sunday at 10:30 AM for worship. We’d love to see you there!

Last Sunday, we were blessed by beautiful music from our choir and orchestra, along with a wonderful duet that prepared our hearts for worship. We also shared in Communion as we remembered Christ’s sacrifice and celebrated the grace we have through Him.

Interim Pastor Chuck Lawless continued his Joshua series with a message titled “Taking the Land – Part 2.” Building on last week’s message, Pastor Lawless focused on “How to Win Again” after sin, reminding us that God’s grace provides a path to restoration and renewed obedience.

Key truths from the message included:
• Remember the Markers (Joshua 7:24-26)
• See the Patience and Grace of God (Joshua 2 & Joshua 7)
• Grieve Your Loss and Deal with It (Joshua 7:6-10)
• Renew Your Commitment to Him (Joshua 8:30-35)
• Remember That You Can Easily Mess Up Again (Joshua 9:14)

We are grateful for God’s faithfulness and the opportunity to worship together as a church family.

Join us next Sunday at 10:30 a.m. for worship as we continue our journey through the book of Joshua. We would love to have you with us!

What a wonderful day of worship!

This past Sunday, we took a special moment to celebrate and recognize our graduating high school seniors. We are incredibly proud of these students and look forward to seeing how God continues to guide and use them in the years ahead.

We were also blessed to be led in worship by our Student Ministry Band who did an outstanding job using their gifts to glorify the Lord.

Interim Pastor Chuck Lawless continued his series in Joshua with a message titled, “Taking the Land – Part 1” from Joshua 5–7. During his message, Pastor Lawless shared practical truths about following God faithfully:

How to Move Forward and Honor God
• Know Who the Leader Is (Joshua 5:13-15)
• Do What the Leader Says (Joshua 6:1-5)
*The Leader is God.

How to Mess Up Along the Way
• Assume You Won’t Fail (Joshua 7:1-5)
• Ignore the Commands of God (Joshua 7:1)
• Think You Will Get Away with Your Sin (Joshua 7:20-21)
• Forget How Your Sin Affects Others (Joshua 7:1, 10-12, 25-26)

And through it all, Pastor Lawless reminded us: Don’t miss the grace.

We invite you to join us next Sunday at 10:30 a.m. as we continue worshiping together and studying God’s Word.

Congratulations to Our Class of 2026 Graduates!

This past Sunday, we had the privilege of recognizing 11 outstanding high school seniors during Graduation Sunday. We are incredibly proud of each of these students, their accomplishments, and the ways God has worked in their lives throughout their journey.

As they begin this next chapter, we are excited to see how God will continue to guide, grow, and use them for His glory. We pray that they will remain faithful to Him and boldly follow His calling wherever He leads.

Following the service, our graduates and their families enjoyed a special Senior Banquet filled with delicious food, desserts, fellowship, and a time of celebration in honor of their achievements.

Please join us in congratulating these graduates and praying for them as they step into the future God has prepared for them!

This past Sunday was a special day as four individuals publicly professed their faith in Jesus Christ through baptism!

Baptism is a beautiful picture of new life in Christ, and we celebrate each person who boldly declared their faith before their church family. We praise God for what He is doing in their lives and pray that they continue to grow in their walk with Him.

Join us in celebrating these life-changing decisions and the goodness of God!

“Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too may walk in newness of life.” - Romans 6:4 (NASB)

What a wonderful time of worship together this past Sunday!

Our choir and orchestra led us in beautiful songs of praise as we gathered to worship the Lord together. We were also blessed to hear Interim Pastor Chuck Lawless preach a message titled “Getting Ready for the Land” from Joshua 1.

Pastor Lawless challenged us this week to spend time reading Joshua 2–4 each day as we learn more about God, His plan, and His care for His people. He encouraged us to consider:
• What do we learn about God?
• What do we learn about the people in these chapters?
• What do we learn about ourselves?
• What verse gives us hope?

We invite you to join us next Sunday at 10:30 AM as we continue worshiping together!

What a great time of fellowship this past Sunday at our Family Cookout!

Families and students from our Kids and Student Ministries gathered together to kick off the summer with games, delicious food, and laughter. It was such a blessing to see everyone enjoying time together and making memories as we head into an exciting summer season!

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the day so special.
