Good morning and happy Labor Day Holiday weekend, RHBC. I hope your activities include something that holds on to summer for one last week.

With the Autumn season comes the Fall Preaching series at RHBC. Today we begin to dive into the “Things Yet to Come.”

We will be spending the autumn season on end-times prophecy as we anchor on the book of Revelation. We typically study books in a verse-by-verse manner. However, this series will be unique to us, as we plan to focus on one chapter of Revelation a week at the 10:30 am worship service. Then, at our evening service (6:00 pm to 7:00 pm), we will pick up some of the themes and answer your questions from the chapter we concentrated on in the morning. Everyone is welcome to come worship at Raleigh Heights Baptist Church.

Good morning, RHBC,

Today at the 10:30 am worship service, we will end our Summer of Psalms series with a Hallelujah!

Next week we will begin an investigation of prophecy in Revelation that will last through the fall. Everyone is welcome to come for fellowship, food, prayer, singing, and a message from God’s Word.

Good morning, RHBC,

I hope to see you all at church, where we will be hearing the children sing what they learned this past week at Vacation Bible School.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 Illumination Station a success.
Also at the 10:30 am service: Baptism, new members joining the fellowship, food, prayer, singing, and a message from the summer of Psalms series titled, “Why is Psalm 119 so long?”

Tonight at 6:00 pm: ice cream, watermelon, and a lesson from Nehemiah.

Good morning, RHBC.

A special 98th birthday shout-out to Dr. Hap Struthers, my mentor and friend. You have forgotten more of the Old Testament than I will ever know. May your preaching and teaching ministry continue as strong as it has been these past few years.

Our Summer of Psalms focus continues through August. This morning at our 10:30 am worship service, we will explore Psalm 40 with a message titled, “The Lord is My Help and My Deliverer.” To lead our hearts to worship, we will sing to the Lord with “Great is the Lord,” “A New Hallelujah,” “Revelation Song,” and Special Music from the Praise Team, “Shout to the North.” Thank you to all of our RHBC ministry volunteers. May God bless you.

Tonight at 6:00 pm, our Evening Worship Study of Old Testament History continues with “The Restoration as told in Ezra & Nehemiah”

Good morning, RHBC.

Thanks, men, for your encouraging words at yesterday’s men’s breakfast. I needed to hear the devotion, be reminded to place my identity in Christ, and laugh with you guys. We will do it again on September 5th.

I am looking forward to seeing all of you at our 10:30 worship service. As is typical, we will laugh with you in the midst of your blessings, cry with you through your sorrow, and place ourselves in the context of what the Lord has us doing—worshipping Him. Come sing songs of praise, pray, and hear a Word from the Lord from Psalm 22 in our Summer of Psalms: a 2026 RHBC Preaching Series.

Good morning, RHBC.

Happy Lord's Day! Church today will be a fun time of fellowship, prayers, singing, and an investigation of God's Word. Everyone is welcome to come start your week off at RHBC. Small groups meet from 9:15 (some classes more like 9:30 🙂 ) to 10:15; Then the worship service at 10:30 am. We will not hold any activities at church tonight, but will be back into our Old Testament study of Nehemiah next Sunday evening.

Good morning, RHBC.

This is a wonderful day to come worship in the Lord’s House. Today, at the 10:30 am service, we will have special music, songs of praise, a message from the series, “The Summer of Psalms,” and the celebration of the Lord’s Supper.
