Maxine’s Closet of Chesapeake Methodist Church Our volunteers receive donations of clothing, toys, books, and small household items and sell them at very reasonable prices - most items are $2 or less.

Our profit goes to the Chesapeake Community Mission Outreach that gives food to families in need.

Maxine’s can not accept women’s clothing at this time. We have more than we can use or store. We can still welcome men’s and children’s clothing and household items.

I am so sorry I that I put the post that Maxine’s would be closed on April 4 on the Community Mission Outreach site instead of this one. We will be open Tuesday April 7th from 10-4.
