One Minute Sermon by Pastor Ock Soo Park – Paul going to Rome (8.21.2022)

Acts 27:18~44
And Paul as a prisoner, he was going to Rome.
And Satan was trying to block the ship from going to Rome. So he gave the storm.
And eventually Paul arrived to Rome.
And he preached gospel in Rome and many people got saved.
So before, we were led by our humanistic desire and Satan. But after we receive salvation, then the holy spirit comes in.
But their life begins and the holy spirit is starting to lead their life.
But the unchanging fact is that Jesus is living and working inside of us.
So please think about this part precisely.
So you can feel that Jesus is leading your heart.
If you have one heart with that Jesus, Jesus will work amazingly in you.
And I surely believe that God will make you into the worker of God.
No matter what problem you have, don’t worry and don’t have concerns.
And talk to Jesus about it. And Jesus will preach this gospel through you.
And I believe amazing work of God will be fulfilled.

1 Samuel 30:1~20
The house was burnt. Children and wives were captured as captives.
"Let's not just go. Let us kill him and go!" And they had a set heart in their mind and it was getting aggressive.
But David was so in such an urgent situation and he was looking for God.
'Ah, there is God! God will work inside of us.'
God told them, "you will find everything back."
This is the faith. And God wants to make you a people of faith.
He was in the same position. When she thinks in the despair, then she will live in the despair.
When she has a positive heart believing in God, there is such amazing work.
The change in your life is not buying good house, good car, and making a lot of money. It's not that.
Which side to your thoughts go. So for people who were called by God, he will fulfil the righteousness.
No matter what problem we have, connect it to the righteousness. Then your life will be different.

Pastor Ock Soo Park's One-Minute Word - Tomorrow About This Time

2 Kings 7:1~10
And word of God said "Tomorrow about this time shall the measure of the fine flour be sold for a shekel and two measures of barley for a shekel."
So God is working through the four lepers.
The sounds of chariot, the sounds of horse, and the sounds of the great host were heard by the Syrians.
They were all running away.
They ate.
They hid the good.
Today is the day of the good tidings.
And we are doing something wrong.
Anybody who is hungry come out.
The Syrian camp, it has a lot of food and there is no men.
And sometimes God gives us thoughts too.
It's time to wake up from using our time in our fleshly life.
And God is trying to save the whole world with this gospel.
And God is using people like us.
Let's get led by God.
And people who doesn't know will not know.
If they hear, then they know.
Let all of us to preach.

Pastor Ock Soo Park's One-Minute Word - All sorrows will fade away (June 6, 2022)

[2 Kings 5:1-14]

The girl was brought.
Why did God allow me such things?
When she had her own thoughts and lived as she was now, she felt despair, pain, and sorrow.
God took pity on the maid and put his heart into it.
'I see! God, you made me a captive here so that I could go to Elisha and heal him of that leprosy.'
The joy in the servant's heart went to Naaman's wife, and Naaman's wife's joy to General Naaman, and you have lived with your thoughts until now.
Now, if you live with the heart of God, the same disease, the same difficulties, the same poverty, the same enemies will look completely different.
Read this bible and think about it. Then the word of God will draw your heart.
We make peace and we make joy.
Like the maid, I believe that all sorrow will go away and you will have a happy and blessed life.

Pastor Ock Soo Park's One-Minute Word - Ascension of Elijah (2022.5.29)

2 Kings 2:1~25
So the queen Jezebel tried to kill Elijah.
Inside Elijah’s heart, if he treated God bigger than Jezebel, he has nothing to fear. No, right? Try to connect your heart with Jesus.
If you believe in Jesus than the ability of Jesus becomes yours.
When Jesus wants to work in this land, then he has to work through you.
Jesus wants to work through us.
It’s the problem when you have it. When it becomes the problem of Jesus, it’s nothing.
Elijah here, he was scared of Jezebel.
So he said “God please take me."
It will be so much better if he stays here little bit longer.
Even though this is not important, don’t say that please God take me.
“The one minute and one second that God gave us I want to use that and live for gospel. I want to live with Jesus.”
If you say that, then you become the Elisa in this era and you become Elijah in this era.
And I hope that God will work inside of you. And God really wants it.

Pastor Ock Soo Park's One-Minute Message
– At the Church of Antioch (2022.5.22)
[Acts 13:1~12]
They came together, they fasted, and they prayed. What for did they fast?
It says, “As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.” (Acts 13:2)
Through the holy ghost they are hearing things they could not imagine before.
When you get closer to God, the closer you get, the problems you have, they will become Jesus’ problem.
The more you experience it, the more you would like to fast and pray.
There are houses but there are houses that are even more comfortable than other houses.
It may be the same food but there may be food that you prefer.
So as your heart are being dragged that way, your heart would fall fleshly that way.
So this fleshly desire and the desire of the holy ghost always fight between each other.
While fasting and praying, the hearts got away from the flesh and got closer to the spirit.
And they could hear the voice of the holy spirit in them.
I hope that you would live a life where your life is guided by the Lord.

Pastor Ock Soo Park's One-Minute Message – The person who met Jesus (May 8, 2022)

Mark 2:1~12
It was true he could not walk.
But the moment he heard the word “rise up, take up thy bed and walk”, all the conditions to be able to walk was prepared by Jesus.
We simply have to accept it by faith.
All the words in the bible is not only said to an individual but it is said to the whole world.
Because you are involved in that, so I could believe that my sins were forgiven.
But Jesus said “Sons thy sins be forgiven thee” describing all these peoples.
Just like Jesus said “Sons thy sins be forgiven thee” at the moment our sins are washed.
You don’t have to think twice.
You have to accept the word as it is.
It is the word of Jesus.
Now the important thing is how do you believe in the word of God.
Because people they add their own thought onto the word of God. That is the problem.
You should just say Amen and accept the word of God.
“Sons thy sins be forgiven thee.”
What else do we need other than that?
All that we have to do is to believe.
He will work and he lives in us.

Pastor Ock Soo Park's One-Minute Message - Peter who denied Jesus (May 1, 2022)

Acts 4:1~22
The thought that I have denied Jesus, this thought filled up his heart.
What kind of apostle am I?
What kind of a disciple am I?
How dare I say I am your disciple?
Feed my sheep.
I could not believe it.
The word of Jesus beat Peters thoughts.
This is the heart that Jesus wants to plant in your heart today.
Not your plan for your life but he has even better plan for your life too.
So many people after their salvation they were so moved and thankful.
But listening to the voice of satan, many people they fall into their life.
So we have to wake up from these temptation and we have to preach the gospel.
Now let’s look up to the will of Jesus which he has for us.
And fold our thoughts.
And following the word of Jesus.
And let us take a step forward living for the gospel.
We should listen to the voice of God who told us to feed his sheep.
You would all change.

Pastor Ock Soo Park's One-Minute Message - The Lord of Resurrection, who is always with you

(Apr. 17, 2022)

John 21:15
How dark was the world during the three days Jesus died?
How miserable would it have been?
What was Peter's heart and how sad the disciples must have been and fall in despair?
Surprisingly, when Jesus was resurrected, he was ten times, a hundred times, or a thousand times better than that of not dead, and all the disciples became new people.
The Resurrection was one of the amazing Lord's plans that changed our entire lives.
The Lord is always with us.
Now, let's get away from ourselves and become one with Jesus.
Not our plans, not our hearts, and not our thoughts but feed Jesus' sheep and live with Jesus' heart with the heart of Jesus.
Stop looking at our ugliness, open our eyes a little more, see Almighty God with us, and find out what God wants us to do.
Even if it is difficult and hard, how good is it that God accomplishes the work and it pleases and delights God?
Everything the Lord wanted to do is accomplished through each and everyone of you.
The risen Jesus is with us.

[EN] 1-Minute Sermon by Pastor Ock Soo Park - The Gospel and Suffering (Apr. 10, 2022)

Acts 12: 1~12
King Herod, he was not just guarding Peter anyhow, but all those soldiers,
so the four quaternions with their soldiers
were guarding Peter.
But the angel of God came to rescue him.
Even if there were thousands of people guarding him, if God opens it, no one can stop him.
They were praying for Peter all night long.
But they saw Peter on his foot that night, they were so surprised.
So it's because we don't believe Him,
but He's always waiting to work inside of us.
Everyone, not your skill, not your capacity, not your intelligence,
but I hope that your faith in God will get bigger.
So that no matter what you face, if they can all be taken care of by God,
if such life could be accomplished in your life,
I hope that you would give your priority to the life of Jesus,
if God does your work for you,
there would be nothing more beautiful than that.
More than the humanistic things, they would forward to God's help,
and they would rely on God. They are the wise ones.
