Trust me... I've been there... I'm still in some of those places... Let's navigate this thing together... Wednesday 7pm... ~You have nothing to lose... but Everything to gain~

It's been a Minute Fam.... But hear My heart....
Ministry is not measured by how often you preach, serve, attend, or show up....It is measured by how effectively you serve. I refuse to become so caught up in Ministry that I feel I have to be part of everyone’s service, every event, and every assignment. God did not call me to be everywhere; He called me to be effective where He has assigned me.
If you neglect your physical health and mental stability, you can eventually become a liability to the very Ministry God called you to lead. I've had to learn that Healthy boundaries protect your energy, clarity, family, and ability to Minister from a healthy place... instead of a drained one.
But here's the part where I will lose some of you.... It is not enough to have the discipline to preach, teach, study, and pray. Do you also have the discipline to care for your body???
Can you encourage others to live healthy while refusing to practice healthy living yourself???
Be an example—not only in the Word, but in your lifestyle.... Learn how to turn down your plate as faithfully as you open your Bible. 👀
You are called to help people, but you must also be willing to care for yourself. Rest is not laziness... And Boundaries are not selfishness. Taking time to pray, heal, exercise, study, and restore your mind IS STEWARDSHIP.

Tonight, I had the privilege of attending the Stellar Awards as the guest of an amazing couple I proudly call family. It was a beautiful experience, and I was grateful to reconnect with friends and musicians from Charlotte—many of whom I began this journey with years ago.
One message that kept being repeated throughout the night was the importance of supporting one another.
If you know me... For more than 20 years, that has been one of the main things I've been stressing: "Support"
Think about how many albums, ministries, businesses, movements, and God-given ideas could have flourished if we had given people in our own communities the same support we often give to those who simply come into our cities already established.
This is not a pity post, and it is not about seeking sympathy. I understand that many people will read this through an overly spiritual lens, but my heart is simply sharing a real lesson from the journey. I know what it feels like to birth a movement, ministry, sound, or idea—only for it to be criticized, labeled devilish, or called "UnGodly", Then years later, a very similar thing that was rejected becomes popular, gets played on the radio, and people suddenly say, “That’s fire.”
Many may never understand the weight of that kind of hurt, struggle, or disappointment—but I do..... And Still, I refuse to allow it to stop me.
So to everyone building something God placed in your heart: keep pushing, stay focused, and do not let early rejection convince you that your vision is wrong. Keep creating, keep serving, keep believing, and keep moving forward. What God gave you may not be understood by everybody—but it still has purpose.
