If you’ve ever heard these doctor’s words:

“You have cancer,”

then you know it can feel like your world has suddenly been turned upside down.

You likely then asked: What does this mean? How did this happen? What should I do next?

Maybe you’ve not been diagnosed, but you’ve begun having concerning or unusual symptoms.
Or you’re wondering about your genetic risk. Is there anything you can do to prevent or reduce your risk of cancer?

All of us have likely been personally touched by cancer in some way- either we’ve had it, have it, or are close to someone who has or does.

In this evening’s talk, you’ll hear from Dave Lambert and Tom Kollus, both of whom have walked the uncertain path of a cancer diagnosis and have navigated the uncertainties while maintaining a certainty in God’s love and care.

Dave and Tom will answer the questions: What is cancer exactly? What causes it? What are the most common types? What types are most prevalent in men? What types are most frequently diagnosed in women?

Dave and Tom will look at the facts, realities, and challenges of cancer while sharing their personal experiences. They will not only give us reliable information, but will also share what it’s like to lean on a trustworthy God in a life-changing way.
