We would like to recognize Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month and remind us that caring for our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being is not a sign of weakness, but an important aspect of a healthy and balanced life.

In Krishna consciousness, we understand that every devotee is a valuable servant of Krishna. Just as we care for the body through proper nourishment and the soul through spiritual practice, we must also care for the mind, which can either be our friend or our enemy.

Creating a culture where men feel supported, heard, and encouraged to seek help when needed strengthens our families, our community, and our devotional service.

This month, let us foster compassion, meaningful connections, and genuine care for one another, remembering that no one should have to struggle alone.
