Yesterday was such a special time together around God's Word! 🙌

We gathered to look at Mark 12:35-44, diving into the truth that we are ultimately invited to truly know and love Jesus.

As we walked through the passage, we focused on two life-changing responses:

👑 Rest in His Rule – Finding our peace, security, and guidance under His loving authority.

❤️ Respond To His Love – Letting His incredible grace overflow into how we live and love those around us.

In Mark 12:13–34, religious leaders tried to trap Jesus with trick questions about taxes, the resurrection, and the law. They wanted to test Him on their terms and shape Him to fit their agendas. But Jesus flipped the narrative: He isn't a piece to fit into our pre-packaged plans; He is the foundation everything else rests on.

When we surrender our plans to Him, everything changes.

What an incredible Sunday yesterday at Bridge Church! ⛪️✨

We had an amazing time worshiping together and seeing a packed room full of people seeking Him. We are so grateful for how God continues to add to His church and grow our community!

Yesterday, we walked through Mark 12:1–12 and looked at the "Two Ways to Live." We were deeply challenged by this truth:

"Either you will be judged by Jesus, or He will be judged for you."

What an incredible month it has been at Bridge Church!

We exist to make the real Jesus impossible to ignore in Champaign and beyond, and looking back at September, we are so grateful for all the ways He is moving in our church family:

🙌 LifeTrack: We loved seeing several people take the step to complete LifeTrack this month—discovering how to grow closer to Jesus and getting plugged in to our church.
⛪ Back to Church Sunday: It was such a joy welcoming new guests and familiar faces as we gathered to worship together!
📖 Connect Groups: Our Connect Groups are in full swing, and it’s been amazing watching people build meaningful relationships while growing together in God’s Word.

What is Jesus looking for when He looks at our lives? 🌿
