We have over 160 years of Jewish tradition in Franklin County, PA, and welcome Jews of all denominations. Our members include people raised in Reform, Conservative, Reconstructionist and Orthodox households as well as interfaith couples and Jews-by-choice. As such, we are a warm, caring community committed to making our Judaism meaningful, spiritual, and joyous. We are dedicated to the tenets of J
udaism: the worship of God, tikkun olam and working to better the world around us, and lifelong Jewish learning. We offer support for the State of Israel and strive to discourage anti semitism in our community and the world at large. We aim to be inclusive and to honor the ideals of an ever-changing and growing world of Judaism. Please join us for Shabbat services Friday evening at 7 :30 pm. Torah study is held Saturday mornings when the Rabbi is in attendance. Please check our posted schedule here on Facebook. Rabbi Marshal Klaven, our part-time Rabbi, is in residence once a month from Friday afternoon until Saturday evening after Havdalah. Dr. Sam Richardson leads a service once a month, as well.
