Last week a group from JAARS, Inc. in Waxhaw, NC served at the Spruce Pine Rebuild Center. It's always a joy to work alongside other organizations as we continue offering relief for today and hope for tomorrow to our neighbors in Western NC.

We’ve been able to serve in Dare county this week as crews repair roads washed out by recent storms. We’re grateful to volunteers from local churches who helped us feed ferry workers, law enforcement and DOT employees. A special thank you to local businesses who supplied food, other necessary items and logistic support. Thank you Dare County Government for trusting Baptists on mission to serve North Carolina Department of Transportation, public safety, and North Carolina Ferry System workers.
