Are you truly awake to what God is doing around you? This Sunday, we explored Colossians 4:2-4 and discovered that prayer isn't just a religious activity—it's our lifeline in spiritual battle.

Paul, writing from prison, didn't ask for comfort or escape. He asked the church to pray for open doors to share the gospel. That's the power of partnering with God through prayer! Just like Daniel who prayed earnestly when he saw God's promise approaching, we're invited to join God in His mission through watchful, persistent prayer.

Our South Africa mission team is heading out this week, and we're holding the ropes through prayer. Will you join us in praying for open doors, clear proclamation of the gospel, and lives transformed? God doesn't need us to accomplish His work, but He invites us to participate. What an incredible privilege!

His journey back to face the man he wronged reminds us that we are all Onesimus—we've all run from God with a debt we cannot pay. Yet Jesus stepped in and paid it all at the cross.

The gospel isn't just something we talk about on Sundays. It transforms how we see ourselves, how we approach our daily responsibilities, and especially how we treat those who've wronged us. Maybe you're working somewhere you don't love, or someone has hurt you deeply. God has you exactly where you are for a reason. Will you remain faithful? Will you extend the grace you've received?
