This past Sunday we not only raised funds for our youth at our annual youth auction, but in our worship service we prayed over and blessed many prayer shawls that are lovingly made to give to those who are experiencing an illness or going through grief. These shawls are a tangible reminder of God’s love and prayers that are being prayed for the recipients.

We were also treated to not only our own choir but the choir from Saint Mark’s Methodist Church joined our choir this Sunday and blessed us with an amazing worship experience. Wow, what a joy! Thank you to both choirs.

Due to trenchwork being done as part of our parking lot construction, the back parking lot & parking by the Carmichael Food Closet will not be available for 1.5 days starting on Wednesday, April 29 and Thursday, April 30. The church campus & church office will be accessible from the front of the church. Thank you for your patience!

Today we celebrated Pastor Keith’s 25th anniversary of serving as our pastor here at CPC. Our longest serving pastor. And how grateful and blessed we are to have both Pastor Keith and Jenny DeVries share their ministry, their lives and love with us for 25 years! Thank you for ALL you do for your congregation and your community in the name of Jesus.
